This function is declared in the ippvc.h header file. The function ippiMC4x2_8u_C1 calculates a sum of a 4x2 residual block and a 4x2 predicted block for reconstruction of the source block (See Figure Motion Compensation Scheme for Predicted Block). Prediction is calculated on the basis of the reference block and mcType (see IPPVC_MC_APX).
